Stress can be a major issue for family caregivers who are caring for loved ones with dementia and aging. At St. John’s Community Care, we understand the challenges that caregivers face and are committed to providing support and education to help them cope. That’s why we offer the Stress Busting Sessions.
These sessions are designed to teach stress management techniques and help caregivers develop coping strategies. The program is currently being offered online via Zoom for free. The sessions are facilitated by experienced leaders specially trained in issues of dementia and aging.
