Early Memory Loss
Groups will meets every Wednesday from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm online via ZOOM.
Join our Memory Café every Wednesday from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm online via Zoom. Our Memory Café provides a safe and enjoyable environment for individuals living with early memory loss to share their stories and socialize with others who have similar experiences. We understand that memory loss can be isolating, which is why we’re excited to offer this program to help you connect with others and feel more supported.
The Memory Café is funded by AgeSmart Community Resources, with grants from the Administration for Community Living and Illinois Department on Aging. As a local Area Agency on Aging, AgeSmart promotes healthy aging by providing resources and information to help individuals age well on their own terms.
