We offer a range of services to help seniors with Early Memory Loss maintain their independence and quality of life while providing support and assistance to their families.
Adult Day Services
Our Adult Day services provide a safe and nurturing environment for seniors with Early Memory Loss to participate in socialization, recreation, and other activities. Our trained staff creates personalized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs.
Caregiver Specialists
Caring for a loved one with Early Memory Loss can be challenging, which is why we offer Caregiver Specialists to provide education, resources, and support to families. We offer guidance on managing challenging behaviors, information on available resources, and respite care to give family caregivers a break.
Medical Equipment Loans
To help seniors with Early Memory Loss stay safe and comfortable at home, we offer Medical Equipment Loans, including walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices. Our goal is to help seniors maintain their independence and mobility while living comfortably and safely in their own homes.
Support Groups
Our Support Groups offer a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors with Early Memory Loss and their families. We offer caregiver support groups and peer support groups for seniors with cognitive impairments. Our goal is to provide emotional support and practical advice to connect seniors with others who understand the challenges of Early Memory Loss.
