St. John’s Community Care Opens Second Adult Day Program in Edwardsville

Adult Day Programs have been called one of the “best kept secrets” for caring for a loved one. Not for long as St. John’s Community Care prepares to open its second Adult Day Program in Edwardsville.
Conveniently located at a popular retail center handy to highway access, this program is slated to open its doors in First Quarter 2013. This site is perfect for an Adult Day Program complete with ADA compliant restrooms, plenty of activity space, a kitchen, and a perfect bus service area.
The space is large enough to accommodate 36 participants (clients) per day. A nurses’ office, smaller activity rooms, a quiet room and the large activity area make this the perfect location for delivery of the same high quality care the Adult Day Program in Collinsville is known for by the community at large.
St. John’s CC’s Home Services have been serving the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon area for 28 years. The Collinsville Adult Day Program has been providing care for a decade. The second site will offer Alzheimer and Dementia specific care, and can accommodate people 18 years and older.
